Jiangsu Golden Morning Knitting Co., Ltd. is located in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province. It was established in 1997, covers an area of more than 200 acres, and has about 1, 000 employees. The company has supporting factories, a knitting factory, a dyeing factory, a printing factory, and a garment factory.

Golden Morning has a brand marketing business group with cotton, cotton/polyester, different fibers, and functional knitwear as the core of it. In recent years, the annual production capacity of the company is about 30,000 Tons.

  • 1985.02

    In February 1985, individual businesses set up street stalls in China Merchants City to sell self-made clothing.

  • 1997.01

    ChangShu Golden Morning Knitting Co., Ltd. in January 1997.

  • 2001.04

    Obtain the right of self operated import and export business in April 2001.

  • 2001.05

    Upgraded and renamed as Jiangsu Golden Morning Knitting Co., Ltd. (provincial-level company) in May 2001.

  • 2002.03

    Established Golden Morning Garment Co., Ltd. in March 2002.

  • 2003.04

     Jiangsu Golden Morning Knitting Co., Ltd. Labor Union in April 2003.

  • 2004.12

    Purchase of plot 19 Fuchunjiang Road in December 2004, laying the foundation for the new factory area, and commencement of dyeing project.

  • 2006.02

    The dyeing and finishing project was successfully put into operation in February 2006.

  • 2007.08

    Received the honor of "China Fashion Knitting Demonstration Enterprise" in August 2007.

    Starting of printing project in February 2009.

  • 2011.01

    The printing project was successfully put into operation in January 2011.

    In July 2012, Golden Morning Garment Factory relocated to a new factory area at 19 Fuchunjiang Road.

    In November 2013, Yin Jinhua was appointed as the Vice President of the Jiangsu Knitting Industry Association.

  • 2014.11

    In November 2014, it was awarded the title of "National Textile Industry Labor Relations Harmonious Enterprise".

  • 2015.07

    In July 2015, Yin Jinhua was appointed as the Executive Director of the China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association.

    Yin Jinhua was appointed as the Vice President of the China Knitting Industry Association in December 2015.

    Won the National Printing and Dyeing Industry Enterprise Management Innovation Achievement Award in August 2016.

    In February 2019, the company was awarded the title of "Jiangsu Province Safety Production Standardization Level 2 Enterprise"

    In December 2021, Golden Morning received the honor of "National Textile Labor Relations Harmonious Enterprise" again.

    In February 2022, The new production workshop and dormitory building project in Qingduntang Road factory have been completed and put into use.

    In May 2023, Golden Morning received the honor of Top 30 National Knitting Industry.

    In June 2024, The industrial R&D building and production workshop (Phase II) project in Qingduntang Road factory has started construction.
